Once you connect with us and you want to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

We don’t charge any fees to help you find a solution. We purchase properties at a win-win price. When you buy an investment property from us, we buy the property at a great discount, add on our property acquisition fee which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal… and you pay a still deeply discounted price. A win-win for all.

Are you a real estate agent?

We are not a real estate brokerage. We are land investors. However, Martin does hold an active real estate license, but he uses that to purchase and sell on his own behalf. 

Why are your properties so cheap?

We acquire properties at a discounted price when we buy them. That means that we can pass along those tremendous savings to you and your family.

We close using reputable title companies and trusted 3rd party mobile notaries, making it safe and easy to purchase land. We want to make sure the trust is there, so we use the 3rd party approach.
